The Marie sofa by Hoffmann Kahleyss Design is defined by a soft, enveloping gesture. Gently contoured cushions trace a line that cradles the body and follows its contours. At the back, a delicate gathered seam brings the form together like a clasp—an imaginary clasp that concentrates the volume, makes the back of the piece a statement, and also embodies the visual hallmark of the Marie model family. The interplay of soft curves, calm lines, and generous proportions creates a compelling aesthetic.
